Why organic, and why plant-based?

Because we care where the ingredients came from, and where they're going!

Sourcing ingredients from plants means eating lower on the food chain, which is beneficial for a number of reasons: smaller carbon footprint, less waste, less land used, etc. It also means avoiding all of the animal suffering and death, food contamination, and social injustice associated with animal agriculture. No system is perfect, but we can do much better in all these areas by using plant-based ingredients.

We use USDA Certified Organic, plant-based ingredients in order to support sustainable agriculture, and to minimize the risk of feeding our furry loved ones pesticides and antibiotics, or exposing them to possible food-borne contaminants.

We make treats with the highest quality ingredients that your pup will love—for them, for the animals, and for the earth.
